witness

holy crap, there's a free download of an amazing house/electro/funky shit mix by my new favorite australian retro-pop group, Cut Copy available here (scroll over a bit to the right)

it's hefty file size will turn off the non-broadbanders, but its pretty damn solid, with tracks from the DFA stable, Kitsune releases, Metro Area, Luomo and tons more, and all you have to do is sign up for the modular people newsletter, which is worth doing anyway, because its a great label (home to the Avalanches!)

Track list?

There's no tracklist listed on the site. It's one of those things we have to figure out for ourselves. But you can trust in Blair that it's a solid mix. And signing up for the list is a good idea too, as hopefully it'll let us know when the new avalanches comes out (my wholly uneducated guess is spring '05).
