a glimpse into the future

Haywood - A Pair of Tragic Paper Kites

A quick search and you’ll realize how much we Robots like Haywood.
R.I.P. Boo hoo. Oh sad day.
Despite earlier rumors the band is definitely not getting back together, dudes. However, last year, Haywood did come together in the studio to put together another album, which may or may not ever see the light of day. As the story goes, once the album was finished the bassist Jeff moved to Europe (Armenia?) and without a band to tour and promote the album no label is really interested in putting it out. Fortunately, for us and for you beginning Thursday one of those tracks will be released on Music for Robots vol. 1. The song here is another track from the same studio session to give you a little taste of what to expect. There’s nothing more to be said. We’ll see you Thursday.

i am so bummed that they won't be getting back together. "Men Called Him Mister" is still one of my all-time favorite albums, ever.
