El Ten Blowin Up All Over

El Ten Eleven gets some much-deserved ink in today's LA Times and they share love with the Robots. Thanks guys!

As Robot Marky [ed: marky? who the fuck is marky?] reminded you last month, you can buy their AMAZING album from iTunes. It comes Highly Recommended. They play the Lava Lounge in Hollywood tonight with manouk, the whirling dervish, ready the jet. I'm not sure who goes on when.

I don't know if this has been discussed before, but el ten eleven has been used several times as background music for the new real world on MTV.

It's true! I almost crapped myself the first time I heard it.

Given that this is a band named after a Lockheed airliner, it's kinda weird that they put a Boeing 727 on the cover of the album. Love the music, but I'm just sayin'...
