Sinner DC - They Never Stay

Just another quick post from me today... things have been non-stop since I got back from my wild-West adventures (skiing, snow-shoeing, uh... high-impact couch laze-ing), and they won't be letting up anytime soon, but hey, you know how the holiday season is!

Sinner DC is a three-piece from Geneva, Switzerland, who make some pretty fantastic electronic music - think part disco party, part dub-step, and part Krautrock. They have contacted MFR a couple of different ways, and I have been meaning to get to posting something of theirs. Their latest outreach was via Myspace, to tell us about their new end-of-year DJ mix that features Burial, Extrawelt, the Field, James Figurine, Mathew Jonson, Klaxons, and Vitalic, among others.

You can listen to the mix, and a bunch of songs from their most recent album, Mount Age (which this track comes from) on their website - here, or download it from their MP3 page.

Mount Age, which came out late last year on the highly respected British label, A.i., has been getting tons of high quality critical reviews, so it is worth your picking up - get it from our friends at Forced Exposure, or download it via BLEEP. Highly recommended.

PS: Don't forget about my new jam tomorrow night with my buddy David Bruno, and our special guests Druzzi from the Rapture, James F!@#$%^ Friedman, and Jonny Love from Guns 'n' Bombs. I say it will be dope! Dope!!!

Welcome back, Blair! Excellent track from Sinner DC. I enjoyed their most recent mix, as well, and look forward to shaking my ass to the other ones on their website.

How was your trip to the wild, wild west? Did you go back home to AZ? Even though we robots do not have emotions, we still missed you.

Mister Justin.
