MFR works

Findlay Brown, who we first featured back in May 2006, and who is part of MFR Vol. 2, made his first appearance on TV last week, performing on Top Of The Pops 2. The song is his new single, "Come Home" which apparently has also been featured in a MasterCard ad in the UK (you'll also find it on the ol' youtube) - it is the kind of sweet folksy music that makes the girls swoon and charms us guys. I couldn't be happier for Findlay, and hopefully this is just the beginning of his rising stardom.

If you're in the UK, you can catch a live set by Fin at Erol Alkan's new party Durrr on Monday night, which will also feature an Erol Alkan & Richard Norris - AKA Beyond The Wizard's Sleeve - DJ set that will be all kinds of crazy (psych, folk, neu) - The End, 16 West Central Street, LDN, entry is £6, so be there.

What's this up top?
A banner ad? On MFR? Shame on you all.

It's been there for a bunch of weeks now. Simply lower your eyes about a hundred pixels or so and everything will appear as it used to. Just like magic!
