Win Twins! (but not this weekend)

First of all, let's get this straight - I'm a Red Sox fan. This will never change, because I'm from Boston, and that's just what you do. The Red Sox are the greatest baseball team. Ever. And that's why they'll beat the Twins tonight, suckas.
However, the Twins have their perks - Johan Santana, Torii Hunter, and Joe Mauer, to name a few. I've really enjoyed their underdog status; their star players tend to fly under the radar nationally, despite Santana winning the Cy Young last year.
The Hold Steady - Take Me Out To The Ballgame.
The Hold Steady's version of "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" is essentially a rewrite, and why not? Was anyone really attached to the old one? Craig Finn, as always, makes it his own, and it works. They recorded this at the Twins' request.
Big Jess is from the Unknown Prophets, a rap trio who have been featured here before. So has Big Jess on his own. "Touch 'Em All" was an entry in a contest for the godawful Minneapolis radio station KS95, to see who could write the best Twins song. It was posted on their site recently. KS95 may be godawful, but the old-school fun of this song is awesome.
"Touch 'Em All" is an unofficial Twins slogan, and it's from a radio announcer's call of Kirby Puckett's game-winning home run in game six of the 1991 World Series.
Enjoy!
