Walkabout

The weather was nice this weekend, and I spent a lot of time walking around. I also spent a lot of time cursing the near-dead battery on my iPod mini (yes, it's old, but still).

Then I saw this, and now I want to rewind the weekend and do the whole thing again with one of these in my pocket:

Crazy, right? Simple tech for enjoying urban cacophony - neat! It's part of an MIT thesis project (surprised?).

Comments

Thats a very neat little concept there. I could see masses of people moving about with these and laughing to themselves as people speak to each other nearby, creating wonderful harmonies to the subway/bus/vehicle beats.
